Encode or decode basE91, a compact printable alphabet. Runs in your browser.
Encoding
Encoding rewrites data in a different alphabet so it can pass through a channel that only accepts certain characters: binary inside an email, a key inside a URL, an international domain name inside DNS. It is not encryption. Anyone can decode it, and no key is involved.
Here you will find the binary to text encodings (Base64, Base32, Base45, Base58 and Base58Check, Base62, Base85, Ascii85, basE91 and hex), the web formats (URL percent-encoding, HTML entities and Punycode), and the self-describing Bech32, Bech32m and Multibase formats. Quoted-printable covers MIME email bodies.
